Yes
The supply of imps (needed for the save game mechanism,
not unlike the 'resident evil' typewriter ribbon system),
will regenrate.
The imps are replaced in their old positions
when ALL of them have been collected.
Make sure you've not forgotten one!
(typically in the car or in uncle's garden).
